The first step is to schedule a consultation.
Consultation
We start every project with a consultation. Typical consultations range from 1.5/2 hours. A portion of the consultation will be conducted by phone where we discuss your particular needs and the remainder is spent on site where additional assessment is conducted along with sketches to help you envision possible design solutions.
Proposal
A proposal for design services is provided based on size and scope of project.
Design Development
This includes measuring the site in order to have an accurate base map to work from. After this, the design is taken to the conceptual phase for review and comments. Revisions are made as needed for a final design solution.
Permitting and Construction
We can assist with permitting if the project requires permits, securing bids from trusted contractors and conducting construction observation to ensure the project is being built according to the design and the specifications.
